Summerhill

Summerhill Villa is a luxury property located on the North Eastern coast of the "Spice Island" Grenada in the West Indies. Set high atop Bedford Point with stunning sea views, Summerhill features a private villa with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms and a separate 2 Bedroom Guest Cottage each with private balconies perched cliffside along our two thousand feet of Atlantic shoreline just steps away from your front door. Built in 1995 by TVA, Summerhill was completely renovated in 2012.

Summerhill offers all the amenities of home. The architecture and furnishings have been carefully selected to maintain the West Indian style and atmosphere and louvered windows throughout create a cooling breeze with undisturbed 360 degree views. Summerhill boasts an oversize sweet water pool, comfortable mahogany day beds, a stone BBQ on the pool deck and Greenheart railings throughout with solar patio lighting.

With Eco-Tourism its focal point, Summerhill sits on 2.5 acres amidst varied tropical fruit trees like Mango, Almond, Grenadian Cherry, Jamaican Ackee, Spices and Passion Fruit, and a unique heirloom kitchen garden all grown organically. Its tropical organic gardens are adorned with decorative plants of special interest like Fragrant Jasmine, Hibiscus, Ylang Ylang, Tree of Life and Frangipani. The Levera wilderness reserve and Levera Beach, Grenada's home to the Leatherback turtle, are only 5 minutes down a private pathway.

Summerhill commands spectacular ocean vistas; albeit with a touch of luxury.
